That's right. Try our products, if you are not 100% delighted with the comfort we will take them back.

If returning, we appreciate you keeping our products in new and resellable condition. Prior to wearing outdoors, we recommend trying sandals or shoes on inside.

To start the return or exchange process, simply log into your account and head to your past orders. Click "Request Return" on the order you wish to make a return on, and follow the prompts to submit your request.

After an item has been recieved in our warehouse, a credit to the original form of payment will be processed. Generally a credit is processed within 10 business days after receipt.
